California – The new generation of Random Access Memory or
we used call it RAM , DDR4 will out in the end of 2012. The memory will come
for computer desktop, server and notebook. The continuer of DDR3 is expected
for PC tablet too.
The DDR4 has superiority than previous generation, such as
save energy beacuse only use power 1.2 volts , and as we know DDR3 used 1.5
volts, has ability of data transfer faster with bus speed start from 2133 MHz,
and has read, write, and refresh process more efficient. The DDR4 technology
that developed by Micron and Nanya Technology still in specs finishing process and predicted will finish in
middle of this year. And Micron expects to start to market in the end of this
year.
