Slow, hang, wasteful batteries, until often restart everyday are a word all Blackberry users problem, moreover if yours is the old. If you face the problem, you can buy the new one but if you don’t have enough budget you can trick it with Hybrid OS.
To get OS hybrid of course you can get it via official RIM website. Because OS hybrid is not made by RIM. But the result of modification hybrider ( people often modify Blackberry OS ).
Well if you want to try it, here they are the quick steps :
1. Download official Balckberry operating system from http://id.blackberry.com/suport/downloads/download_sites.jsp
2. Install the operating system to your PC/notebook. If you have another version of Blackberry operating system on your computer, uninstall and leftover one.
3. Install or extract hybrid operating system to directory : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files ”Folder OS”
4. Delete vendor.xml file on directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
5. Backup all data and third application exist on your Blackberry.
6. Download Blackberry Swiss Army Knife from http://bbsak.org/download.php
7. Install and run BBSAK
8. Wipe Blackberry with BBSAK/JL_cmd
9. Load OS using “Loader” on directory:C:\Program Files\Common File\Research in motion\AppLoader
10. If done all the process, restart your Blackberry and feel the evolution.
Install at your own risk, and make sure to back up all your data before installing!
