After several weeks ago release Excite Android ICS tablet with 10 inches in screen, now Toshiba releases new tablet in Excite familiy, one of them is Toshiba Excite 13 that claimed as tablet with biggest screen in the world

Toshiba said, this tablet has 13 inches screen with IPS technology resolution 1600 x 900 px with ration 16:9. Although the screen is wide, Toshiba Excite 13 has slim design with thickness only 0.4 inch.
As specification, this tablet has quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor with GeForce graphical chip and RAM 1 GB, operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 5MP camera and 2 MP front camera. For connectivity, there are MicroUSB port, MicroSD, and HDMI.
If we see the battery , it can survice until 13 hours. This tablet also has 4 speakers sound system. And has support 10 fingers touch technology.
This Toshiba Excite 13 will be circulated Globally start from June 2012. For product with internal memory 32GB , it has cost 649.99 US$ while 64GB cost 749.99 US$.
