California - Huawei Mediapad S7-301u adopts unibody metal design with pretty lightweight in weight. The design makes tablet looked solid and steady. On back cover you can open plasctic cover on the bottom side to access SIM card slot also microSD , while for front side, there is 7'' screen that not protected by popular anti scratch protection.
Around the side you will find many ports such as microSD, adapter hole, micro-HDMI, also microphone port. It also can be used for telephoning although just use speaker or headphone.
By software Huawei provides severals interesting application such as ebook reader Aldiko, Yozo Office, till cool game Asphalt 6. Of course you can add applications from Market. The interesting thing is, on Settings. exactly on the screen setting. There is resolution choice- Standard and High.
The original appearance comes with High setting , if you choose standard , icons and text will enlarge. The unique is, after checking with severals application, whatever the choice the resolution still 1280x800. That's so fab.
For test, Huawei Mediapad S7-301u is preetty good, beacause it has SoC MSM 8260 with 1.2 GHz dual processor and graphic by Adreno 220. It can play many video formats well. But after i try for play MKV file , it plays not well, for suggestion, you can use alternative player such as MX Video Player.
